Description

Voltage was originally a villain, but after helping The Red Shadow to defeat the demon Shalarak, and King Argus of Lemuria he has changed his ways and is now a member of The Protectorate. He can move at speeds of up to mach 2 and can generate powerful blasts of electricity.
